Auto-scrolling submenu is created, and all three menus are now auto-scroll.

If you add many bookmarks in subfolder to the extent that arrows appear at the top and bottom of the window, arrows appear in the upper folder.

Under my Imported IE Favorites I have Imported Bookmarks, which is an import of my Netscape 4.x bookmarks. That list is pretty lengthy. Once I pop it up, everything else under Bookmarks gets scroll arrows. I'll attach a few screen caps.
