Details

Let's limit preapprovals to a max of $15 per transaction and 15 transactions per day (for now) for Enhanced Security. My quick read of the docs suggests we want to use maxAmountPerPayment, maxNumberOfPaymentsPerPeriod, and paymentPeriod. https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_APPreapproval Let's do this ASAP so we can turn PayPal back on.
