The receipts are for two gift certificates. I need a receipt for the actual beverages and food you requested $100 USD for. 

Please can you also make sure to share the photos of the event, thank you.

Hi William,

I understand before requesting this budget and arrange for calculation for 20-30 persons. FYI, we try deal with manager of cafe to get discount on beverage but they just can give us gift voucher to purchase coffee entitled for MYR 10 only per certificate and with budget we receive, we pay MYR 300 for 30 pieces of gift certificates. We spread all the voucher for those person attending the meetup.
