Details

1. Open Debugger from Tools -> Web Developer -> Debugger.
2. Close Debugger with X close button.
3. Go again at Tools -> Web Developer -> Debugger.

Actual results:
Debugger option is ticked.

Expected results:
Debugger option not to be ticked.
Forgot to mention that I am at Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:15.0) Gecko/15.0 Firefox/15.0a1 (2 Jun 2012)

This issue reproduces also reproduces on Windows and MacOS on the latest Fx 15.0 Aurora and Fx 16.0 Nightly.

It also reproduces when closing the Debugger with Ctrl+Shift+S.
