1) Visit https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/cs/app/mozilla-marketplace/. 2) Install app. 3) You will see string "Launch this app from your Windows desktop or Start ► All Programs." I cannot see this string in .po for L10N.

Just waiting on the locales to be retagged and it'll be in the .po by Thurs, 6/7 2:00 PM PDT. Thank you for filing these L10n bugs - they're helpful.
