Steps to reproduce:

Enter then quit private mode, or restore tabs after crash


Actual results:

First pinned tab is sometimes not restored (blank content, even if sometimes the URL still appears in the URL bar)


Expected results:

First pinned tab and its content should be restored at all time.
Could you try reproducing in Firefox safe mode? or with a clean profile?
