I've had some patches commited over the past year (http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/log?rev=landry), and i keep setting checkin-needed to have someone land my patches.. so i could use a L3 access. L2 might be fine since most of my patches can land on inbound. L1 was done in #651684, khuey was the voucher. I think ms2ger, glandium and/or bjacob were the ones pushing me to ask for L3 :)

Inbound requires L3 too, but as you already have a vouch from khuey, glandium's is sufficient for L3.
