I lost my phone line when momo was spun down and I'd like to regain a phone extension I can use with a softphone. I don't know how things are setup, but given that I am in Canada, I'd like to have a canadian dial-in number, if that's available. Thanks!

extension x407 and softphone account 407soft recreated on the yvr pbx - sent out access information for the softphone. Also gozer, there is a Cisco 7960 with MAC address 003094C2CB22 provisioned for you on the server - we'll need to update the config to use the new yvr pbx. ping me to let me know you can log into the softphone.

Works. For my Cisco phone, I guess I need a username/password as well ?
