761292 - Padding should change for long titles in URL bar

Currently, the right side padding set for title bar is hacky. With the new addition of reading-list, this might break for longer titles.
And if the page actions (bug 734877) is going to add more icons in the url bar, this will affect the padding more.
The padding should take care of available space and make changes accordingly.

Or, the contents can be moved to a LinearLayout, with the background being separate -- the hintTextColor should be supported by us.
