You'll need to check out part of the mozilla.org repository, where the Thunderbird site is being stored. You can:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository for the Thunderbird 13 What's New page, that is:

/es-AR/thunderbird/13.0/whatsnew/index.html

There are two new sections, and I've tried to keep the old translated text when possible.

If you want to provide translated images, you can place them in: 
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/img/tb5/l10n/
The image names should be:
filelink-es-AR.png
accountprov-es-AR.png

Once the images are on the server, the page will automatically update the <img> tags. You do not need to change them.

The page on the staging server is:

Hey, thanks for the superfast response. Do you plan to do localized images, or shall I close this?

Hey Andrei, no I found that some parts of our localization of thunderbird regarding this new features are still in english, so I decide leave the original files. We are working to correct this
