You'll need to check out part of the mozilla.org repository, where the Thunderbird site is being stored. You can:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository for the Thunderbird 13 What's New page, that is:

/lt/thunderbird/13.0/whatsnew/index.html

There are two new sections, and I've tried to keep the old translated text when possible.

If you want to provide translated images, you can place them in: 
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/img/tb5/l10n/
The image names should be:
filelink-lt.png
accountprov-lt.png

Once the images are on the server, the page will automatically update the <img> tags. You do not need to change them.

The page on the staging server is:
http://www.allizom.org/lt/thunderbird/11.0/whatsnew

Thanks! By the way, it looks you forgot to bump Gecko version in the last point (it says Gecko 11 instead of 13). I've fixed it for my locale, but you'll probably have to fix others.

Also, please don't leave this bug in my web dashboard for too long, KTXBAI. :)
