Per :dustin in IRC I'm not setup as "releng" group in puppet for PuppetAgain, even though he wishes to have me be his stand-in reviewer for his PTO.

And the way we are handling PuppetAgain is documented at: https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/PuppetAgain/HowTo/Set_up_a_user_environment

So in order for me to access the machine/login/etc. I need this group bit set. coop, chris, john, can one of you OK this here, for posterity?
