People whose ISP uses transparent proxies currently have problems using Bugzilla
(bug #20122). As a workaround it would be nice if bugzilla.mozilla.org was also
accessible on another port like 81. According to my understanding this should
be fairly easy to do.

We could make apache to listen on 81, too. But that alone won't help because
firewall needs to be opened, too.

I don't quite see justification with this. I am myself using transparent proxy
all the time (AOL web caching) and haven't seen any problems with it.

What I meant to say was transparent rotating proxy, where my IP address keeps
changing and I can't do anything to avoid it.
