This happens for testGreenLarry and testSecurityInfoViaMoreInformation and only on Linux for now, though I don't think it's platform dependent. I saw that we use "https://addons.mozilla.org/licenses/5.txt". Besides the page does not exist (we get a friendly 404) we know that sometimes addons.mozilla.org is very lazy in loading. So IMHO we should use https://mozilla.org which is also a green larry website.
