Reimaged. I'm having issues connecting to scl-production-puppet: err: Could not retrieve catalog: Could not find default node or by name with 'talos-r3-fed64-010.build.mozilla.org, talos-r3-fed64-010.build.mozilla, talos-r3-fed64-010.build, talos-r3-fed64-010' on node talos-r3-fed64-010.build.mozilla.org

The trick was to use staging-puppet.build.mozilla.org.

I removed the slave alloc note and dettached it from my master.
