You are getting freezes but you have posted a crash id ? Do you get a freeze or crash ? Please update to Firefox13 (open help/about Firefox to trigger an update). You also have to add more information: Can you reproduce the freeze, what are the steps to reproduce etc. Do you have the latest flash plugin version in case you visit a page with flash. I guess that you want help and for help visit the support and not bugzilla. The support is available under http://support.mozilla.org
I'm not an IT professional and I'll attempt to provide the best description of the problem I can. When I load certain webpages, Firefox freezes (the program is not responding). This happens even when Firefox is running in safe mode. I have to shut it down via Ctrl-Alt-Del (killing the service). When killed, Firefox shuts down promptly, and I can start it again by clicking the desktop icon without any problem. The webpages which usually cause problems are the ones which contain videos, such as Youtube, and which may contain flash and/or java. This problem has been reoccuring consistently for several months, and persists through all the Firefox software updates I've done. I've researched the problem and I've tried all the suggested solutions that I could find online. I have no idea what the problem is, and whether this is a bug in the software or something else. Any help would be really immensely appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Relja: Is this still a problem in a recent version of Firefox, like 24 or newer?

Unfortunately those are too old to be pulled up. Are you still able to reproduce the crash using a newer version?
Flags: needinfo?(relja.kepert)
I've had Flash turned off for a while, so I don't have any recent IDs at the moment. I just switched it back on, and it would seem that Firefox is no longer crashing. In the event that I manage to cause another crash, I'll let you know what the crash ID is.

The plugin container is crashing. The task manager shows that two FlashPlayer Plugins are active. If I terminate one of them, Firefox recovers.

We are always looking for specific STR the generic bug. It's really more that bug 774281 is the generic case of several specific bugs. Does this bug now have reliable STR?
