Steps:

1. Go to marketplace.mozilla.org
2. Install 24 free apps in close succession with one another

Expected:

The time for the doorhanger to appear for the user to select to the install the app should be probably within milliseconds.

Actual:

Occasional delays were evident where the doorhanger would sometimes not show for a few seconds. It was inconsistent too - sometimes the doorhanger would immediately appear, other times it could take up to 5 seconds to appear.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it
from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in the integration between Firefox and the runtime.
