761885 - file-link page should redirect depending on the locale

Thunderbird 13 now have File Link feature and notification bar will be shown when users try to attach large file.
In the notification bar, first button will open the url set on the
mail.cloud_files.learn_more_url pref:

And it is now:

But when we access to the url, it always redirect to en-US page:
https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/filelink-large-attachments?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=filelink

It should be redirected to each locale page, at least, ja page have the translation:
https://support.mozillamessaging.com/ja/kb/filelink-large-attachments

note:
I filed another bug 761889: Update mail.cloud_files.learn_more_url pref

But existing Thunderbird 13 users already have the old url and we still should fix the redirection problem on the sumomo site.

SUMO is gone and TB 13 is history so closing this old bug as no one is going to ever fix it.
