Steps to reproduce:

Right clicked in the toolbar, clicked "Customize...", after the customize sheet opened I resized the window below.


Actual results:

Depending on the window edge I'm resizing from, the sheet will either stay fixed in place, or will move around the screen erratically.


Expected results:

The sheet should follow the window below.

This behavior is happening on OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 (13C64) with Firefox 28.0

Actually, the behavior I am seeing with Firefox 28 is a little different. When resizing window width, the sheet doesn't move at all. When resizing window height, the sheet slides up/down and will eventually completely slide off the Firefox window.

I've attached a screenshot.
