This bug covers the design for the PayPal purchase flow (when "one click"/PayPal pre-approval is disabled).

What this bug does cover:

- Changes to Purchase button when "one click" (PayPal pre-approval) is enabled
- Ability to change currency I want to use to purchase the app (http://i.imgur.com/1I075.png)
- Button states ($0.99 -> Purchasing... -> Purchased) - we might want a better loading throbber/indicator (like the rocket we were talking about)
- What shows up on the page *after* the purchase is completed (the button changes to Purchased? do we show Purchased for $0.99 [View Account History]?)

Requirements:

- Icon
- App Name
- Author (could be optional?)
- Pitch to set up PayPal pre-approval/one click
- "Make a one-time payment" (which means this will start the PayPal popup so I can enter my PayPal account credentials and pay, etc.)

As all purchases need to go through PayPal this bug covers reducing and/or simplifying this purchase modal for mobile devices.

Can we close this in favour of navigator.pay flow? Or we keeping this open for people on Fennec?

Nope. Everything's navigator.pay now.
