Hi Pascal, 

This request is part of the Major Update Prompt Offering Firefox Beta project (bug 761066).

Since users are switching from GA to Beta, we need a customized Firefox Beta What’s New page. (Design/Copy request here bug 762226).

We will need to localize the final customized What's New Page. 

Timing: Firefox Beta 15- July 17 timerame.
