vote button for our daily poll on home.netscape.com isn't been positioned
correctly.
it is appearing on the top left corner of the content window, as suppose to
right next to the polling option list.
will be attaching a screen shot shortly.
this is a dup of a bug that jaimejr filed. I'll find it.
