Details

See the URL. Click the link to make sure it's visited. Then, inspect the page style. Click the link, use the dropdown menu to activate :hover on it. The style inspector should now indicate that only the color: rgb(255, 0, 0) from "footer a:hover" (inline: 5) is active, but the link still appears in blue.
