I got the notification that Nightly had be downloaded and needed to restart. After restart, one of my windows was "small". I took a screen snapshot. Everything about the window was scaled, except that all of the mouse movement took place using the full size.

I positioned the small window under a full-sized and as I moved my mouse around I could see the various things in the scaled window coming active when my mouse was under the non-scaled position.

I'm runnning Linux Mint 13 on 64-bit with 16.0a1 (2012-06-07).

Everything seems to work fine on the page, except for the fact that it was scaled.
I relaunched Nightly (2nd time) and this time everything was scaled even more. The 3rd time everything went back to normal size.
Aroo? Not sure what could cause this. Something about screen DPI settings, perhaps? We certainly have setting to control zooming on content pages, but nothing like that for chrome UI...

The titlebar is also scaled. The window manager (not Gecko) draws that, so it looks like the window manager is doing the scaling.
I did a bit more investigation and it seems that similar results have been reported for the chrome browser, also when running under Linux Mint, so I'm going to write this off as a window manager issue.
