Please throttle updates to Thunderbird 13 (i.e. manual only updates).

Please complete early EDT and confirm to the list once it is done.

For now, I did:
cd /opt/aus2/incoming/3/Thunderbird
chmod 700 5.* 6.* 7.* 8.* 9.* 10.* 11.* 12.*

Which shuts off updates completely. Going to make them manual only now.

They've been made manual only now. I reverted the chmod I did.
