Details
now that we have replaced them with a single xeon seamicro instance, lets recycle the old atom instances back into the available pool.

note: the following hosts have been removed from the commanderconfig.py for several days now. these are the atom instances being put back in the pool.

generic1-2.dev.seamicro.phx1.mozilla.com have had their master boot record wiped powered off and marked as spares in inventory.
generic3.dev.seamicro.phx1.mozilla.com was no longer in the dev pool so no action was required on it.
