Hi Nick. Thanks for taking the time to report this! Thanks for your report, however this does not look like a "bug" (a problem in the program code) but instead like a support request (changing the settings). Support is provided on http://support.mozilla.com/ - please take a look there and browse through the existing answers or ask a new question. Thanks!

For me http://7pick.com/ here says "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)". Unfortunately this report is not very useful because it does not describe the problem well. If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please read https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Bug_writing_guidelines and add a more useful description to this report, e.g. a screenshot (that does not show confidential/private data), and what is listed about Java under the address about:plugins in Firefox.
Summary: this site doesnt work → Java does not work on 7pick.com
Nick: Please answer comment 3.

Please answer comment 6. Entering "about:plugins" in the location bar should tell you which Java version you use.

Hello Nick, I have just found your bug report from 2012 and saw that Andre and you already try to find the origin. but after all this time, I made some tests and now it looks OK for me. can you make some short tests on your own and give us a short feedback about actual status? thank you for all the time you spend to mike firefox better.

Still opening a windows in safe mode and not continuing. something i did made it continue once. if you want Get Team Viewer at teamviewer.com and we can remote desktop. if you have a mic we can also talk

Proposing to close as WORKSFORME as there is no simple testcase to reproduce, the page requires login, and it's not even clear if Java is involved here at all. If there are specific error messages, feel free to attach a screenshot here.

andre but even in safe mode it does the same thing. if your looking to solve all fire fox problems then you remote desktop with me
Feel free to attach a screenshot here. "Remote desktop" stuff does not help anybody I think.
Resolving per comment 1. Unfortunately we don't have the manpower to provide personal support for all of our users; the best we have for you is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-community-support
