So, I just logged into my sea-vm-win32-2 as cltbld and I saw a windows-error warning, that this machine has an IP address conflict with other machines on the network. Can you please VERIFY that the machines we cloned to NSS and Calendar are assigned different IPs (both via DHCP and via internal-windows network settings) Without that corrections, things will surely act up.
sea-vm-win32-2 is at IP 63.245.223.73 and has had network flows setup properly for that IP so thats the one that would be most painful to change (even though its not fully setup yet)

The conflict message that the server is giving is a known vmware issue. VMware tools uses a hidden virtual device to report the IP address to Virtual Center. Windows sees this and thinks its a IP conflict. Im going to close this R:I for now. Im not sure there is a definitive path to fixing this outside of letting VMware allocate the IP address through VApp settings.
