User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.52 Safari/536.5
Steps to reproduce:
1.open the attach file [onchange.html] by fennec.
*this behavior is open dialog on onchange event.
2.change the value of selectbox.
Actual results:
Open dialog events fired twice.
Expected results:
Open dialog events fired once.
