BennyBeat should first sign the committer's agreement (http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/committers-agreement.pdf) and send it to Erica McClure (http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/).
Once this is done, BeanyBeat should indicate it in this bug, Erica confirm that she has received it and we will move the bug to serper ops.
