Firefox 13 will not quit from Dock quit menu.

Details
When selecting "Quit" from the Dock icon menu, the window closes, but the application remains as a process in Activity Monitor until the icon is clicked. This behavior is not consistent, but does occur regularly. Using Firefox 13 release with NoScript, epubReader, Last Tab Close, one persona, and only Flash plugin enabled.

Reporter: I am not seeing this on my Mac 10.6.8 machine running FF 13. Would recommend trying to reproduce in Safe Mode with no extensions.
@Marcia: The bug is somewhat sporadic. Try to reproduce it right after a system restart.
