mozilla.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ??0nsInputFileStream@@QAE@ABV0@@Z could not be located
in the dynamic link library xpcom.dll. 

This happens when ever I submit a form. When I input user id & password and
submit it the error is generated but allows me to login. But when I am posting
email on any web email like Netscape Webmail the error pops up and doesn't allow
me to send the mail. So I think it is critical.

The buid id I found this in: 2001041620
Me too with Build 2001041620 on w2k, no matter if I use the installer or the
.zip version of mozilla.
