Details

An app's regional popularity is based on two factors: the downloads from users in that region, and the app ratings from users in that region. Eventually we'll factor these into a regional popularity score that is used to highlight apps in search results and popular lists.

We should begin recording the locale used when downloading or rating an app to facilitate this.

While I could never reproduce this locally, you definitely need to first add "int(11) unsigned" to the migration, and I'll help debug the rest on -dev tomorrow.
