Details

Sometimes tinderbox does not put everyone who has checked in on the guilty list.
Is this a lock screw-up, or what?

Steve, can this be fixed for M7 or should we move it out?

I checked in a fix. The script was writing out the file directly. I changed it
to use a temp file and then move the temp file on top of the data file.
Unsetting target milestone so we can delete the old (inappropriate)
