https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/admin/apps/featured is the featured app tool. It was built in bug 754441 but never got any front end love. I was thinking of having it modeled after https://bug754441.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=631129 (stealing the CSS from AMO) but it's not important. Anything that makes it prettier works.

Ashort designed and developed nearly everything you see here. It's solid and seems to work just fine. We can punt on this.
This is confusing to the people using it - how long will it take to make it look decent?
