Details

Collect estimates for needed hardware based on: * Opening use of 10,000 users, growing to 100,000 within 3 months. * Users rec'v average of 10 notifications each day, with highest traffic in morning (0400-0900 PDT) * (guess) 20% messages never fetched from server. Presume a single colo initially, with sharding based on connected UserID occuring later. Need input from: bbangart (queuey backend) petef||bobm (devops)
