Sorry I openened a bunch of crashers and might have miss copy pasted. sorry :(
Looks like some sort of hook got installed here and it went away, but is still being called?

I'm suspicious that maybe this is third-party code. If someone grabs a minidump, you can probably get the list of "unloaded modules" and see if something was at that address.

Actually, let me see if I can easily get that.
There doesn't appear to be a module that was ever loaded at that address. There is a bunch of horrible Avast and other crap in the module list, though.

Call this WFM or INVALID?

Crash rate roughly when bug was filed was 3k/month (3173 for month ending 7/20/2012). For past two months only 100-200 crashes per month. About 1k-2k per month in February

gwegener (german) is, or was, a frequent crasher
bp-93f5b6e1-ec2b-4631-9a5d-0d4d22130207
bp-b98cbeab-5eaa-4c1b-bcfc-270de2130211

bp-6ba2aef7-7445-4e68-9697-68a1e2130419 (also german?) yesterday cited "I've installed APPnimi PDF Unlocker". then the crash"

Firefox crashes are also rare. FOr example 70 for Firefox 19 in past month https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?product=Firefox&query_search=signature&query_type=exact&query=fnHkINLPCWPSTRUCTW&reason_type=contains&date=04%2F20%2F2013%2020%3A28%3A46&range_value=4&range_unit=weeks&hang_type=any&process_type=all&do_query=1&admin=1&signature=fnHkINLPCWPSTRUCTW
