From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.8.1+) Gecko/20010417
BuildID: 2001041704

For the first few seconds the top animated gif(the logo of the site) looks fine,
but then it starts inverting the colors, like the background becomes neon green
instead of black and it flashs back and forth.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.ethernalquest.org/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro
2. Wait for page to load
3. Look at the site's animated gif logo

Actual Results: The gif colors invert, background switchs between black and
neon green.

Expected Results: Background should stay black and row of text sure have a
lightning like effect.

This bug wasn't in Mozilla about a month or so ago. It appeared at the beginning
of one of the previous months.

Attached image The GIF in question
I use ACDSee to view that GIF in question and saw thw same
background-turning-green problem.

I think Moz's ImageLib is less tolerant (as ACDSee is) than Netscape 4.x

Netscape always process that GIF and other mal-formed HTML like it was normal.

I guess it's the transparent-background-color selection inconsistency problem
during the GIF-making process?
saari, dup of 73078???
