Details

Right now, a guid generates during `cfx run`.  Perhaps during initial generation, it should give a name like `{projname@username.addonsdk.org}` or such.  

This is the minorest of nits!   

(alternatives:

1.  add --id to cfx init
2.  print after init "edit the package .json 'id' key" # which is created empty
)

Restoring accidentally cleared priority.

We won't be making this change in cfx, and jpm https://github.com/mozilla/jpm won't modify the package.json when using `jpm run`.
