It would be good if we had a histogram that would show how often users encounter hangs, to see if it's evenly distributed across users or a smaller amount of users encountering hangs a whole lot.

We don't have a unique user ID so the main question there is how to figure out that.
data platform has this info, we are not building new reports in crash-stats, we couldn't build this if we were motivated to with our current data
