764893 - Initial metrics for remo events using get involved page

Up until now, Mozilla Reps around the world have made over 500 events
in less than a year running the program. (wow, simply wow :) )
It has been a fantastic first year and we need to make sure that we
make it more awesome in the years to come.

A request that many have been raising, is that we need to have
a way to keep track on how successful the recruitment efforts in our
events are.

So what we envision is this:

A rep in an event goes to the event page in reps.mozilla.org, clicks
on a button and is directed to a /contribute special page.
This page is displayed on a laptop at the booth of mozilla in an
event, and people sign up on it.
When someone signs up the system updates a special counter on
reps.mozilla.org that keeps track of signups per event.
After the event (or during it) we are able to see how many signups an
event has got, and how many signups a rep has driven.

This is only the first version of it targeted for 0.3 of ReMo. As
/contribute site evolves we will be able to tap into more metrics and
have useful info like how many people actually became contributors
after a specific event.

The whole process will drastically improve our metrics around events
and will help mentors and mentees evaluate specific events for future
reference and improvement of our activities.

This bug will act as a tracking one for two bugs. One for reps.mozilla.org and one for Bedrock
