Details

1) On a tree with multiple unstarred failures, press 'k' a few times to get to a failure part of the way down
2) Add a comment/star that failure
3) Press 'k' to move to the next failure

Expected:
Selected job is the failure that was immediately after the one just starred.

Actual:
Selected build is the one at the very start.

Guess the interesting thing is to decide what to select when TBPL refreshes whilst adding the comment and adds an unstarred failure before/after the one just starred.
