Description

Customers have asked us to add an icon to the basic-auth name/password dialog
box when the connection is being made over HTTPS. I assume a generic closed
lock icon will do the trick.

This seems like a valid request to me as well, especially since the SSL
connection hasn't been displayed to the user yet elsewhere in the browser.
