I'd like to be able to save links I see in the Web Console. This feature should strongly prefer loading from the cache (rather than refetching). If having the Web Console open could pin cache entries for this purpose, that would be even better. "View Source" would be good too. See also bug 638949, for "Copy Link Location".

We don't need two options here.
What "two options"? I don't see another way to view or save the file as it was received.

That works in some cases, but tends not to use the cache.
