The current context menu is lamesauce; please let us change it.

If nothing else, let's at least talk about what options should be in it so we can fix it before launch to make it less suck. But eventually it needs to be configurable.

This would be nice to at least fix the default by launch; an editor can come later.
Can file another bug under bug 665691 with details about what you'd like to see in the default context menu? Or should we just try to match what MindTouch does now?

I'd prefer specifics instead of "do what Mindtouch does", as the context menu probably changes based on current selection and I'd have to check a billion scenarios. What stands out?

Oof. Yeah, okay.

Right now, all we get is cut, copy, and paste, none of which actually work due to the Firefox security model. But now I see that's just what we get in MindTouch.

Inside a table, we get useful options but the rendering is a mess and should be fixed. Indeed, most of the time things are okay.

If we can fix the rendering problems in the menu for complicated menus, we can be good to go for launch. Editing the menu would be nice to have but can wait.
