The VM was up but needed a manual fsck ran.

fsck was ran and VM back online.

In that VM host (cb-parallels01), i see the following VMs off;
cb-seamonkey-linux-02
cb-seamonkey-osx-01

Are they supposed to be down?

Yes, in fact osx-01 was a misunderstanding and never needed, can be deleted. linux-02 can also just be deleted since we're moving to ESX anyway. it is kernel panicking and a fsck hasn't helped.
:Callek as requested;
cb-seamonkey-linux-02
cb-seamonkey-osx-01

have been deleted.
