User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:16.0) Gecko/16.0 Firefox/16.0a1 Build ID: 20120614075912 Steps to reproduce: Right click on a select element or an option inside it, click on "inspect" in the contextual menu. Actual results: nothing Expected results: The DOM inspector should open and focus the element as if you used the arrow button (Ctrl+shif+I)
I'm able to reproduce the issue with the select element. In addition, I've noticed the same behavior for checkboxes as well. I'm using Firefox 17 on Windows XP.
Seems to work for me with * Firefox 25 Beta 4 * 2013-10-01-03-02-04-mozilla-central-firefox-27.0a1.en-US.linux-x86_64
