When I start up with the Mac classic skin, I see a load failure:
Failed to load jar:resource:///chrome/comm.jar!/content/navigator/
personalToolbar.js
That file is indeed missing from the Jar.

This crashes my non-jar build on startup. We need a fix for 0.9
