Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20120604 Firefox/13.0 SeaMonkey/2.10 This problem suddenly occurred and happens very frequently now. There is no specific activity causing the massage "Plugin container for SeaMonkey has stopped working". It is just surfing on arbitrary pages. The error message is totally unclear to the user. What, if any, are the consequences? I am not aware of any plugins involved. pi
There would not be a started Plugin container if there is no Plugin started. The shutdown of the plugin container with the plugin may be some time after you closed the page. Your report is however useless without more information. - Please post a crash ID from about:crashes - what is the system log entry for the windows error message (if no crash Id is available) ? - Which plugins and versions are installed. I bet that you are seeing bug 747683
No crash recorded (after all the browser did not crash). Where do I find the system log? Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
