Details

- automatically delete thumbnails that are older than 1 day, leave only the pined ones (740mb of unnecessarily thumbnails on my pc)
- add option to set manually the websites, it's very annoying to close them till you get the one you desire and all the time the thumbnails are not made to the homepage (very annoying) 
- if you drag a bookmark to the new tab and pin it that thumbnail will not update
